By accessing or using ProspectAI ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
ProspectAI is a lead generation and outreach platform that helps local service businesses and agencies discover business prospects, generate outreach content, and manage sales campaigns. The Service uses Google Places data to surface real business listings and uses AI language models to assist with outreach content generation.
The Service also offers the Agency Lead Gen Toolkit, a digital product containing outreach templates, email sequences, and planning resources.
Results vary. No specific income or business outcome is guaranteed.
Any revenue figures, response rates, or business outcomes mentioned in our marketing materials are illustrative examples only. They do not represent typical results. Your results will depend on many factors including your industry, effort, market conditions, the quality of your outreach, and your own skills and experience. ProspectAI provides tools to support your lead generation efforts — it does not guarantee sales, clients, or revenue.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are solely responsible for all outreach you send using content generated by the Service. ProspectAI is not liable for any consequences arising from your outreach activities.
Business data displayed in the Service is sourced from Google Places and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any business data, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, or websites. You should independently verify any information before using it for outreach.
Outreach content generated by the AI features of the Service is produced by language models and may contain inaccuracies. You must review all AI-generated content before sending it. Do not send AI-generated content that you have not reviewed and approved.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, access to paid features will be restricted unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
Monthly Plan ($49/month): Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Deal ($97 one-time): A single payment grants permanent access to the platform, including all future updates released during the product's active lifetime.
Done-For-You Lite ($497) and Done-For-You Full ($1,500): One-time service fees. See Section 7 for the refund policy applicable to these services.
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
Monthly Plan: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.
Lifetime Deal: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, no refunds are issued.
Agency Lead Gen Toolkit: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Done-For-You Services (Tiered Refund Policy):

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProspectAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Outreach content generated by the Service using your inputs may be used by you for commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProspectAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data provided through the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
